Who Am I?
Hello, my name is Kayla!
I’m a Full-Spectrum Community Doula serving the Hampton Roads area. I’m also a certified childbirth educator, lactation counselor, and placenta specialist.
After the birth of my first child, I came to the realization that although I had already built up my career I wasn’t happy in it and wasn’t willing to sacrifice time with my son to continue pursuing it. I transitioned from a corporate management job to do what I really love –
Art, which is my passion and Birthwork, which has always been my calling.

We provide in-person support to families throughout the Hampton Roads Area including:

& Virtual families worldwide!
Regardless of where you are in the reproductive journey, where you’re birthing, preferences, beliefs, or desires you hold.

Why am I a doula?
Everyone who wants a doula, should be able to. However, a doula cannot be one-size fits all. I believe that everyone deserves to have the doula that’s right for their desires, not just one that’s nearby, has an opening, or fits their budget. I hope to be the right doula for those that find me!
What providers are you affiliated with?
We have close relationships with many homebirth & hospital midwives in the area. Magnolia & Sage is also a contracted provider for EVMS & Sentara Healthcare hospitals.
